Good value
Love this piece. Looks much more expensive than it is. Sturdy quality as well.

I like it a lot.
It is easy to assemble and although the wood is light it seems quite resistant.

Satisfied with the results. Worth the extra assembly.
Bought this 55" floating shelf to pair with my new Samsung 75"4K TV. It conceals the extra cables nicely behind the center cabinet. My goal was to conceal the unused Cat5, Coaxial, and HDMI cables so I can easily connect them if necessary without moving the TV off the wall.Assembly took an hour or so by myself. I recommend you find your wall studs ahead of time and be prepared to drill extra holes in the floating shelf because the pre-drilled mounting holes are unlikely to line up with your wall stud pattern. The kit provides wood and cement screws. I was only able land one screw on each end. So the weight is being held by two studded screws, and I'm okay with that. The kit provides some nice concealing stickers to cover up the exposed fasteners and any extra holes you may have had to drill.Recommend traditional practice of using a straight edge and proper carpenter's level to make alignment lines and marks prior to drilling any holes. This shelf has an opening on the left hand side that appears to be intended a wifi router antenna. But you can obviously use this for something else if need be.I discourage concealing a modem or router within the center cabinet because there is little ventilation other than that through the cable ports. The trapped heat could damage your devices.

Check your studs
Buyer beware ! The back piece against the wall only has two small pieces on the end of the back . Most studs are not space exactly at this spots so there basically isn't anything to attach it to. Says not recommended for drywall only wood and concrete! Who has concrete? So our problem is that our TV is mounted to studs but the studs line up , ( when centering the entertainment unit , in the wrong place . So now we have to come up with a solution because it is fully assembled . I was going to buy a floating shelf for over $300. Maybe I should have . This I don't think can hang on anchors alone . So do your homework before ordering . I didn't realize that this unit didn't come with a solid back for mounting . Ugh!!! Btw assembly Manuel was missing some instructions or markings on items .The piece itself looks fine . I hose the brown with gray center . I don't like the handle at all . Itsrubbery & cheap. I basically wanted something for the bonus room to hold the Wii stuff and remotes . Itssuits the purpose . But now we are left with figuring how to secure to the wall because their pre drilled holes don't match to the stud distances . All assembled and too late to send back !! Other than the stud issue it's fine but that's a major hassle trying to hang it securely !!

Game changer
This is a quality piece. I painted the front drawer to match one of our walls, and I spray painted the silver pieces black. We love it. It does fit a Nintendo switch in the little cubby and the drawer hides a surge protector and a lot of cords.I put it together by myself in about an hour. Hung with a level pretty easily. If I tried a little harder I could hide/streamline more cords. The holes within the unit (between the compartments) make it easy!
