No-Frills Diagnosis at a Budget-Friendly Price
Looking for a simple and affordable OBD-II scanner to diagnose your car's check engine light? The ANCEL AD310 might be your answer. Here's my take after putting it to the test:Pros:Budget-conscious: Let's face it, car repairs can be expensive. This scanner is a fraction of the price of high-end options, making it a great choice for DIYers or those on a tight budget.Easy to use: No need for a mechanical engineering degree! The interface is straightforward and user-friendly, with clear menus and buttons.Handles common issues: While it lacks the bells and whistles of pricier scanners, it effectively diagnosed the most frequent trouble codes my car threw, saving me a trip to the mechanic.Peace of mind without the price tag: Knowing what's wrong with your car, even if it's a basic understanding, can be empowering. With the AD310, you're not afraid to get your hands dirty and troubleshoot without worrying about damaging an expensive tool.Cons:Limited functionality: Compared to advanced scanners, the AD310 lacks deeper diagnostic capabilities and features like live data streaming. For complex issues, you might need a more sophisticated tool.Build quality might not impress: While it works well, the plastic construction feels lightweight and might not inspire the utmost confidence in its durability.Overall:The ANCEL AD310 is a solid choice for budget-minded car owners seeking a basic understanding of their vehicle's health. It's easy to use, diagnoses common problems, and saves you money on mechanic visits. However, if you need in-depth diagnostics or professional-grade features, this might not be the scanner for you.

Good product
Recieved code reader, nicely packed and came with clear instructions how to operate, didnt have any codes on my car yet put plugged in the code reader just to play around with it and see how it works, very user friendly, nice touch and feel to it and overall good looking product. Reasonably priced product and always handy to have in your glove box to get you out of trouble some day

OBD2 Scanner/Code Reader
Worked just as advertised. Not the highest quality, but fine for the economic price. Happy with this purchase.

Works with Fork Mondeo MK4 2008
I used it with Ford Mondeo MK4 2008 because I got a check engine. Then I connect it and know I got a P2002 error , low pressure bank 1 DPF. Then check it online and read few forum websites... and then I know propably it gonna be a problem with DPF pipe... quick look under car... confirmation , new cost me 35 british pounds from ebay and friend help me to fit it in. That reader helps me propably to save a lot of money in my case. Don't have any profesional options... But I was able to read a issue code, check it online and sort a problem. Also You can erase a warnings... and get clean dashboard.

Not as much info as I would have liked.
The scanner is easy to use however it didn't show me the full details I needed to see ie. individual wheel speeds to identify the fault fully. Perhaps a small booklet explaining all the abbreviations would be helpful too.

Great little piece of tech
I own a Peugeot, therefore it should automatically be assumed that I get engine management lights on a weekly basis without the car actually having real issues. My personal opinion is that the sign of that engine management light should be incorporated in the Peugeot logo, but that`s just my personal view and will not get into it too much.I bought this hoping that I don`t need to go to a garage or worst, the Peugeot dealership and be charged between the range of £50 to £120 to get rid of that management light so I can pass an MOT, and the result is quite satisfying. It deletes the active codes that acts in my car just as a single woman`s hormones who is at the menopause period with ease and no fuss.Happy as a bunny overall and would definitely recommend !

Did what it said
Great bit of kit worked spot on with the 2013 car I was working on 👌Pulled all fault codes and pinpointed the issue. Changed sensor cleared codes and boom fault cleared and gone.
