I can tolerate the orange Fybogel, but the Lemon is so much more pleasant to taste.For me, the laxative works in about 24 hours, the only side effects are a rumbling tummy.It feels like a lot gentler laxative in comparison to some other types of laxative.

First used after difficult child birth 12 years ago. Ever since little sachets have been first essential go to when I have any tummy or movement discomfort. Just had a hysterectomy so a daily requirement for healthy more comfortable experience. I feel a little pricey for something that could be provided on nhs prescriptions. That’s how essential I feel these are.
