I tend to be very suspicious about the health benefits things like this claim to have. Bee pollen just seems like such a bizarre product. Honestly, the first time I heard of it I thought it was made up.Then one day when I was reordering a supplement for one of my sickly pet ducks from a bird supply company I saw they sold bee pollen and decided to try it. Figured what could it hurt. I had been struggling to get my duck to gain and maintain weight for over a year and had to tube feed her daily to keep her from losing weight. It was a lot of work but she's my baby so I kept it up. A couple weeks after I started giving her bee pollen on her bedtime food she started having more energy. That brand was quite expensive so I decided to try this. I give her and her sister three scoops on their food every night. It's been over a month with this brand and for the first time in almost a year and a half, she's gaining weight on her own with no tube feedings! It took me several days thinking about what changed in her diet before she started eating better and gaining weight, then it clicked - the bee pollen! This is the only thing different in her food. I honestly don't know what it did but I'm extremely grateful that it seems to be helping her. If it can help a delicate little duck, I definitely think it could help a person.

I give it four stars because I think that it is a well produced, quality product. As for the taste, it seems that there is wide opinion on it and that's probably true for all bee pollen. Bee pollen obviously has very different flavor tones depending on the source of plants/flowers for the bees. This bee pollen is a little bitter for me, but yet when I put it in my blueberries the better qualities of the flavor comes out and it tastes very nice, but still can't use too much of it or will over power the blueberries. The quality of this bee pollen is more important than every aspect of it's taste because I am finding a way to enjoy it and I eat bee pollen every day because it seems very good for me and I also have a high tolerance for it, showing no signs of allergy......Well, I'm amending stars to 5 (five). This is clean good quality, it seems to me; and the aforementioned bitterness was an acquiring of taste. I'm increasingly enjoying this bee pollen.

Love bee pollen for this price point! I mix it into green tea with lemon for a perfect energizing beverage. Good quality, just know it’s slightly bitter so it will need something to sweeten it up.

This pollen is vigorously needed in my household!It smells of flowers and is so tasty!I keep purchasing only from this distributor and every time I receive what I need.It’s the best high quality product, I mix it with my morning energy drinks. The texture is soft and pleasant even to eat directly.

Reorder this product so much. Great value and a lot of product to get health benefits. High quality. Add to yogurt bowls. Not too strong a flavor but adds some sweetness.

Had a very serious reaction caused severe chest pains tightness, and in my throat, severe pain. Had a very strong reaction to it. I recommend anybody that purchases this product go see if you’re allergic to pollen or if you have asthma. Better safe than sorry as I am I wish I could return this. Took two scoops and it almost killed me.
