Adjustable belt helps. I load the line from the bottom of the pouch.Easily adjust location of the pouch from side or wear it center front.

I’ve tried many different ways to go about my day comfortably with dialysis and this feels very comfortable and soft I like the fact that it’s bigger where it matters
