The best air quality money can buy!!!

I was slightly skeptical as many complained about the app. But, the only hard part is registering and connecting. The directions are not very intuitive. But, after a few minutes I had it up and running. I have it in smart mode and it kicks into gear when the air quality drops. The filter replacements last for a year. That’s good as they’re not cheap. I highly recommend if you know in advance about the app and filter costs.

It looks nice, has a good size, owns a few Coway air purifiers, and seems to work well, especially compared to other purifiers. I see dust when I open them once in a while. I'm not sure if this model is necessary as it's expensive. Other cheaper models from Coway do the same job, I think.

Unfortunately I’m really disappointed that my product was damaged

I was having worse seasonal allergies than normal thos year. Taking the allergy pills was too drowsy and the other options weren't as effective.Decided to get an air filter and having this filter on with another filter we had already made most of the symptoms go away. It looks great and we hooked it up with our Alexa to schedule it to turn on and off based on our schedules.

I would order another one soon and Color is what I want andVery quiet easy to clean.

Many settings, gives a constant reading of current particulate count. Easy to use. Thrilled with it all around.

Something this expensive should have a functional, logically design app. Looks like they didn’t test the app at all. Where is the quality control?Good points: 1) looks nice; 2) wifi capable.Bad points: 1) App is very poor. Every time you schedule something, after it runs the unit turns off! Instead it should revert to the prior settings and stay on. Can’t believe it works this way. Renders the app useless, or at least a real pain to kluge it. And even then you cannot customize the lights as you would like. Fix this Coway! 2) Bluetooth and wifi setup is tricky. Instruction manual conflicting and unclear. Can be very frustrating so be prepared. 3) scheduling only allows start time at 15 minute intervals. This is absurd. Simply allow it to start at any minute. 4) scheduling requires minimum of 30 minute run time. This is also absurd. Simply allow it to run for as little as 1 minute. Very easy programming change. 4) when the touch pad is off there is no easy way to light it up again. U need to search for one particular spot to light it up. Otherwise u cannot manually control the unit.Due to the scheduling app 2 stars. Should really give it 1 star since the app makes it useless and for this money you should get a working app. Hoping they will update the app.Imagine trying to learn to use the app but u got to wait 15 minutes to see if your settings are the way you want it. And then you need to wait another 15 minutes to try again. Ridiculous!
