I bought this trolley back in March as hand luggage for business trips and to use it for expos at the respective destinations. I'm traveling A LOT and this suitcase has gone on dozens of trips since I purchased. Came back to write a review today, because the quality of the suitcase is exceptional. I own a Rimowa aluminium suitcase, but honestly this one here looks better and is lighter (plus the Rimowa once snapped open although it was locked and it was only held together by the luggage belt. Shame!). This suitcase looks much more expensive than what it is. People frequently ask me where I got it from, assuming it was 20k+, because that's what it looks like. It has superb wheels that still roll like on the first day. It is also very stable. Just returned from a trip yesterday, where I had checked it in and put a really heavy backpack on it, it won't skip, what most such suitcases do. I was a little concerned about checking it in and getting it scratched, but after checking it twice, it still looks like new! The only thing that is a little weird and takes getting used to, is that the suitcase doesn't lie flat when open, so it is a little more difficult to pack.But that's not a deal breaker! I was also concerned about the size, since it is quite large, but both domestic as well as internationally I never faced any issues to take it as hand luggage.Can fully recommend this suitcase, go for it!PS: someone mentioned the key is missing. My friend, this is a TSA lock, only the TSA has the key, you have a number lock! Please google the topic if you are not aware of it!

I am not putting any Video's or Photos only with a reason that the company's photo's are sufficient. I say so because its what i received. Everything is perfect. The most important thing which i liked about this trolley is that the front zipper has its own space and the space at its back is totally usable as shown. I am so happy that finally i can carry all my requirements in a proper way.Thanks to Clownfish for designing this product.I have not tried yet in travel but once I travel I will leave my review for the wheel noise and any other things that I encounter.I had got the chance to go international and my review stands as follows :Over and above my previous review I would like to add that the wheels i doubted that it won't be silent but to my surprise its like they keep rolling but not a single noise.This trolley has spoiled me a lot. I took more then what I should carry. The upper side zipper can hold 2 pairs of clothes plus 4 pairs of socks, 4 pairs of inner wears and plus 1 pair of night wear. So everything below was total empty so i purchased a lot from duty free.I will say one problem also its seeing small but its not its quite big not fitting in jet liners business class or even the new 350 premium economy small places. It takes a good space.I will strongly suggest that those you are looking for a good trolley should definitely buy this as its the best value for money.

I liked everything about the bag but was hoping it wd be a lesser height by about 1 or 2 inches. Then it wd be perfect.Also if there was some way to make the wheels smaller and thus reduce overall height, wd make it better.

The locks were problematic and hence I had to return . The bag looked strong but it’s on a heavier side for a cabin luggage .Now using another brand as I couldn’t trust the brand

It is beautiful. External laptop compartment is very functional and elegant. Hard closing (not zip) feels strong. Very satisfied.A bit too big for the cabin though.

I have taken it on two short trips of 4 and 6 days. It did fit everything in, provided you only pack one pair of shoes. It glides smoothly, closes nicely, looks good, and I am overall very pleased with it.

Excellent product. I wish it was smaller . Its about 2-3 inches too tall.I intended to use it as a flight bag but it's too tall for that purpose.

The product build is good and sturdy. And those 3 stars are only for that. ( I will check in again after 6 months of use) Its stylish and looks classy but size is a bit large as compared to cabin bags for overhead bins of aircraft. The wheels glide smoothly and locks work perfectly. Most idiots complaining about keys not provided should know that the key hole is for TSA agents who can open such locks with master key for security reasons.Anyway moving forward the after sale service is poor. I have messaged several times using watsapp and they reply after a couple of days and then vanish again only to appear after a couple of days with the same reply.I Think as a brand they wont do so well with such slack in their customer service. If tomorrow I need a change of parts then I can't rely on them for the same.If you are looking for good after sale service then better to choose from esrablished brands like samsonite or american tourister.
