In our new home we hired a professional handyman/contractor to repair the missing gaps in our grout in the shower in critical areas that cold lead to wall damage if left unattended (how the previous owner could be so neglectful is beyond imagination, the were so loose that they literally fell off and cracked at the slightest touch).The grout work that he did fell apart and the tiles were loose again within weeks.Disappointed, we fired him and decide to do it ourselves.We scrubbed the entire shower area (it a large one with a built-in tiled seat as well so there is a lot to scrub) with the Qaestfy Shower Bathtub Scrubber & Floor Scrub Cleaning Brush with 62.5'' Detachable Long Handle that we purchased here on Amazon, which greatly eased the job of scrubbing the shower clean.We also sprayed the entire shower with Zep Mold Stain and Mildew Stain Remover to get it super clean, we left it on for hours then gently sprayed it off (careful to not bleach your clothes and don't get any on your face).Then left the shower open for 24 hours to dry.Then we removed the loose tiles, laid down a z shaped bead going down the middle of where the tiles go, to hold them in place, placed the tiles carefully (this is trickier than it looks, the tiles fight against you and it takes delicate effort to get them to line up back in place) then we grouted the gaps and evened it out.We wiped the excess grout (we never did this before so we made mistakes (I suggest using a lot of tape and taping far more than you which you need so you don't have to clean up mistakes) and it all came off very easily.We noticed that this grout came out super smooth and very white so it looks professional, far better than what the handyman used which had a rough, grainy texture.Then we left the shower doors open and let it dry for 4 days (we hav another shower) even though it says that it only needs 24 hours to dry, we wanted to be super sure that it came out OK.Its now a month later and to still looks like new, like a professional did the job.We are happy with it and definitely recommend it.

I still have not run out yet. Regardless, it does not require more than one pass to really be effective. You may need to smooth it out but it does take at least 24 hours to dry so do not use your shower during that time. Another suggestion is to be sure to wear gloves as this stuff may effect your skin. The compound does not run so it stays pretty much in the area you apply it which is great for if you are using it on your shower tiles. You do not have to worry about it dripping down due to gravity. I used it on my shower and it does looks GREAT and keeps the grout and mold from getting between the tiles. It does have a smell to it but it is not super strong. It looks nice and it is easy to apply. The compound comes out pretty slowly so you are not applying too much at once. The tips are solid and the compound does not get stuck in the tube. It does a great job sealing at a decent price. Overall I think this is a great thing to have for keeping the mold out from between your tiles. It does take time to cure but it also provides decent long term effect in terms of keeping mold from the coming back which is great. It only takes one application to work.

This material seems more like silicon caulk than like grout. It is easy to apply (blue painter's tape works better than the included tape) and the included smoothing tools are very helpful. If you pull off the tape immediately after applying, it does not damage the repair. If you wait until it is partially set, the tape will pull the repair out of the crevice.I found that on after drying, the material shrank so that the crevice between the tiles was not full. It took 2-3 applications to get the level that I was after.Not sure how long it will last. If it comes apart, I think I'll try real grout next time.

Tube's were very hard. Couldn't push any product out. Added a little water to reconstitute, but i was still unable to use.
