I have been on stomach medicine for acid most of my life and had terrible leg cramps. Since starting I'm off all stomach medicine and my leg and foot cramps completely disappeared.

No matter what I took, I would always still get muscle spasms, even if just trying to stretch out. I would get nightly foot & leg cramps. This brand, Qunol Magnesium, was recommended to me. I now 'occasionally' get the muscle spasms. It has made a big difference. It is a bit high in cost but so worth it! I've tried other brands at same price range & those didn't help. I highly recommend the Qunol brand.

I been trying to find a stomach compatible formula. I like the gummy’s taste but still upsets my stomach. Other people might not have this problem. My stomach is very sensitive.

I didn't think this was Magnesium CITRATE. If you compare my Pic the one on Amazon you see where my bottle clearly says MAGNESIUM CITRATE, where on the website the word "citrate" is very obscure.
