Q: What is the interior depth of the crib measuring from the mattress support to the top of the side rails when the crib is at the lowest height setting?

In the newborn setting (which would be the highest height), the mattress support measures 19 inches to the top of the side and front rails. There are 3 height settings below the "newborn" height...each measuring about 3 inches apart. If my math isn't failing me, it would be 28 inches from the mattress support to the top of the rails in lowest position.

We got the Sealy Soybean Foam-Core Crib Mattress. It fits perfectly. The measurements are 51.6 inches x 27.2 inches x 5 inches; 8.3 pounds.
