I use these to play with my neighbor's german shepherd dogs during the really hot days of the summer season. They work wonderfully and hold up to the dogs occasionally taking one, kicking it around, and trying to chew on it lightly. Which I stop immediately when that occurs cuz let's be honestly their german shephards teeth would break any water gun if given the chance and enough time. These fill easily and don't leak. They hold between 9 and 10 FL Oz of water. Their shooting range is just shy of the length of a 4 door sedan vehicle. You have the option of shooting with one stream or two. If using the two stream setting, a "v" shape will be formed. They are perfect smaller sized water guns, but not too small.

I received my water pistols today with great expectation. I have 2 cats. I love my cats. I also want my cats to behave in some very basic ways (e .g. stay off the kitchen counters). That's why I bought these water pistols as a quick, easy and mostly damage free means of cat control. I removed the pistols from their box. I read the cursory instruction sheet included with them. I filled them with water. I admired their large fill holes making it easy to fill them. I struggled with replacing the stoppers but was willing to accept some difficulty in return for a good seal. I pointed the first gun into my sink and pumped the trigger and got NOTHING - 0 - Nada and, no, these pistols do not come with an enlarged prostate. I adjusted the control for the switch from 1 to 2 streams. NOTHING. I filled and began pumping the trigger on gun #2. NOTHING. My cats continue to misbehave. They know that my nefarious plan has failed. I have examined both guns looking for any other adjustment or removable part. There aren't any. I don't think that the cats are laughing at me. No. They simply don't care. Somewhere at the other end of a lengthy supply chain is a mad inventor in a room full of dozens of cats. The mad inventor is laughing because he collected my money from Amazon for water pistols that aren't worth their weight in plastic, let alone water. Don't waste your money!

I have these water guns a 5 star at first but after using them, when you fill up with water, it leaks out in the front before you even squeeze the trigger. It is difficult to place the stopper on top. Dollar tree guns are better. They do not leak

Everyone wants a cheap squirt gun to hose the cat from time to time when they try to climb up and destroy your screens, curtains, eat plants, get on dining tables etc. right? Something that can lay around anywhere for that reinforcing moment of STOP what you’re doing!! but cheap squirt guns leak everywhere, all the time. Oh and that horrible tiny filling plug which you couldn’t get out at first, that now falls out at the slightest touch? Not these. It’s big and it stays.Great distance and accuracy, no leaking, EASY filling hole that plugs securely with a rubber stopper that doesn’t lose its shape or purpose. Great design and I don’t mean looks. Someone thought out how to make a GREAT squirt gun, cheap, X2. Better than any other cheap squirter you’ll ever find, well worth the money.

I got these squirt guns to help with training my cat to not be aggressive to my other cat. I know, shouldn't do it, but it works. I didn't use both at the same time, just put one away. The one I used first, did have leak issues. But it was cheap, so I just made sure it was upright when not in use. But recently it started emptying the entire contents. So, I went to use the second one and it didn't work at all. I guess you get what you pay for? I probably would've let it go had the second one worked.

We live in town. When our dogs hear something outside they start barking. When I squirt the first one to start barking, he stops and looks around.Range is around 20 ft.. The cap is a little hard to get on, but, despite a tony pinhole to let in air, does not leak.When I first filled these guns they would not squirt because the pump was not primed. I had to put my mouth around the fill inlet and blow to get it primed enough to squirt.The body seems sturdier than squirt guns I had a as kid. Will update this review if they fail early.
