Lack some features of the prime 4+ but I wouldn’t trade
This thing is the slickest device pioneer DJ has came up with. It completely substitutes a pioneer A9 mixer and four CD DJ 3000s. Personally, I really dislike that pioneer doesn’t add dual layers to their decks (layer A and layer b for two track mixing so two decks operate 4 channels like Dennon have for years), and having to walk 10 feet from one end of your DJ rig to the other is unacceptable for me. This is perfect.

Excellent for professional sound.
This board is great, is it worth the $3500 personally I don't think so but then again I'm not a professional yet. Without any drum pads I felt like it was lacking for a DJ Board. Customizations were a nice touch. The touch screen was fancy to use, 4 channel mixers worked perfectly, mastering through the knows were great, Jog wheels had the option to spin fast or spin slow, the was an option to make the track start like a vinyl record, there's alot of good features about this board, I just prefer to go with a board with drum pads as I feel for performing it will make blending music easier. This board is plug n play ready with rekordbox and the new update to use serato is a great touch. If you're going to use this board to replace cdjs then I would highly recommended this board. Only thing I don't like is having to turn the knob to see what fx I want to use on the touch screen, I prefer seeing all the fx on the knob, unless there will be a future update to add extra fx into the operating system.

Disappointing issues for a $3500 controller
There are some amazing features in this controller. The minimal look is also great and shifts your attention more towards the track and how your mix sounds. Having one main display for the whole mixing and two individual one dedicated to each deck is a plus and the main touch display is so easy to work with. BUT this controller is all just a bulky piece of plastic. There are so many negative reviews about how the job wheels are poorlt made, they get stocked and they are glitchy. The first unit I purchased, has the display inside the the left wheel misplaced so the jog wheel wouldn't move at all. I returned it and got the second unit. It was really disappointing the second unit right jog wheel was so glitchy. The whole build quality of the 2 player decks are so poor but the mixer part of the controller does it job pretty well. This controller is not worth $3500! Do yourself a favor, spend a thousand less and grab a XDJ-XZ.

Beautiful, powerful and intuitive deck
The media could not be loaded. Love the deck, quality of the build, sound and features. Only flaw is the “Opus” software you have to upgrade to in Rekordbox that makes your music not compatible with CDJs. So guest DJs cannot simply jack in and play.. and not can you on CDJs anymore. This is a terrible feature.. please remedy Pioneer.
