Kids still don't like the taste of it. Not sure about it's benefit yet as it is only first bottle we ordered

I have a kid who is a picky eater and don’t like fish or seafood. I wanted to give him a supplement that would provide him with omega 3 fatty acids and other vitamins and minerals that are good for his health and development. I found this one and decided to try it. It is a cod liver oil that is sourced from wild-caught Norwegian cod and processed in a GMP-certified facility. It has a lemon flavor that masks the fishy taste and smell, not fully, but good enough! It comes in a 250 ml bottle with a measuring cup. I think this cod liver oil is a great way to boost my kids health and well-being and I would recommend it to any parent who wants to give their kids a natural and high-quality omega 3 supplement.

Although it is hard for me to remember to take this after supper (I frequently forget to toke it because it is not as convenient as a pill or a capsule), I have confidence in it. After a long time of having trouble getting it out of its bottle (very slow, very slow), I accidentally discovered a very quick way of pouring it into my teaspoon! It flows out quickly if I move the inverted bottle rapidly downward, then rapidly upward, making a sort of jolting motion. It flows out in a narrow intermittent stream directly into my spoon, filling it in only a few seconds! There is no need to remove the plastic insert; don't touch that.

My kids do not mind taking this omega 3 fish oil. It tastes pleasant and does not leave any fishy aftertaste, so my kids are not complaining about it, and I do not have to struggle to get them to take it every day.I am happy with this product and that it is easy to give to my kids as they do not like to swallow tablets.It is the same product as for adults and only the recommended dose is smaller, 2.5ml a day for kids and 5ml a day for adults. Which means I can take it if I run out of my tablets.

This is fantastic for kids and adults. I take it myself as it has so many health benefits. It is good for the heart and helps prevent blood clots as it is rich in omega 3, it is also good for rheumatoid arthritis which I have in my knees, it reduces inflammation and it also supports bone health. This is Norwegian cod liver oil which is very high quality. The lemon flavour really does make it taste so much nicer.
