Had a really bad thumb due to many years of weight training and working on mobiles, causing me pain regularly, having worked with the bands I'm starting to gain strength in the antagonist muscles which support it and have felt a lot of relief in the knots I would get between the base of my thumb to my wrist

Good value for money and so far the green (easiest one) one is helping me. As others say though, the holes could do being a bit bigger - little finger and thumb holes were fine for me.

Are these made for a child's hand?I don't have especially thick fingers, but the finger holes are so small that I struggle to get my fingers in (they do stretch, but it's just awkward).I could live with that, but not with my fingers turning blue as a result of the blood supply being cut off by how tight these things are.All 3 seem to the the same size and all of the holes are too small on each. To be fair, the measurements are shown in the product pictures (and I didn't look beforehand... though I'm not sure I would have helped anyway), but then so are adult hands that look a similar size to mine...These should perhaps be labeled that they are for smaller hands/fingers.They do seem quite durable for what they are... I was actually hoping the holes would loosen up a little but, so far, they've been annoyingly stubborn. This would be great if they were the right size to start.They were super cheap so, if you can use them, great value. I might give them to my nephew, who they'd likely fit better.

difficult to use since too small and too stiff

It loses its durability and increases its flexibility very quickly, but I guess thats why theres several in one package. But it certainly works!
