This has had a great impact on my energy levels I notice with the days I take this is get a lot more done it feels like it’s packed with energy and really has made a positive difference in my life… it’s very bitter but I would crush the peices up and chew on the powder, I know thats a bit extreme but Iv heard it’s very antibacterial and anti microbial hence it’s great for your oral health.. over all it’s been s very positive experience and I will be using harataki for the rest of my life
