I really am pleased with the purchase of three-pairs of these thigh-high compression stockings. They are very well made, easy to put on and comfortable. What I really like is that the toe hole is on the underside of the foot. So if you're putting other regular socks on top, your toes don't slip through the hole while you're putting on the socks. I also like the grippy band at the top that helps keep the stockings in place and don't slip down your leg. As to fit, I'm a 5'2" man, 132 pounds, so a short dude. The size "M L1" fits me perfectly with the top going all the way up to the groin. Probably good for anyone up to 5'4" tall. I've machine washed and air dried the socks several times and they look and fit like new.

This is a good quality stocking that has a band that stays in place and is resistant to pulls. We were able to wash and reuse. The hold up band on the thigh, is thick and could be a detriment if this will bother you skip this brand. I have a problem with the brand name band as well as the elastic band across the foot as well. They are very tight but can be folded over to provide comfort. Remember the operated leg will be extremely sensitive and the longer item is required pressure points will be uncomfortable over time.

Nice product to reduce swelling after surgery. I shattered my femur bone and these TED hose assisted in reducing the overall swelling. These are not scratchy like other support stockings. They do have the option to have open toes or to wear them like a closed-toe sock. The top hold-up material could be a bit larger to help them stay in place, but other than that, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I find these the best hose I have bought. I can get them on and off real easy. They or very comfortable, fit and have improved my circulation.

I did not like this product, one stocking was longer than the other and they were much tighter than the other ones I have. When I was at physical therapy I had to cut the top of the long one because it was cutting into my groin area

These compression socks do the job but I have found that the elastic around the top is too tight. I ended up cutting it in several places to relieve the tightness. I did order the appropriate size based on their sizing chart.

Same TED hose the hospital uses. The hospital forgot to give me a pair when i was discharged and I couldn't go out and drive to get a new pair. I bought them 1 size too big, but that was fine, i don't like them too tight anyway, worked great, to prevent any blood clots in my legs after hip replacement and a previous blood clot 10 years ago.
