great if you take it regularly.
It was easy to dissolve and tasted ok but I didn't take it regularly enough to see a difference and even though The Jar was sealed it evaporated!! I hadn't finished the Jar and when I opened after several weeks it was completely empty!! It still had the seal on top and the cap and screwed on tight but it completely vanished! Once you open eat make sure you use it regularly.
