great for keeping pets eyes clean.
this is great for eye crusts, gunk and stains around pet eyes. gentle and it feels great to them when their eyes are cleaned. take a clean tissue or lint free cotton pad, different ones for each eye, apply a small amount to tissue and gently wipe from inner corner out.

My Guinea pig had a very sore inflamed eye(hay poke) I thought I'd try this after reading the reviews. After just one application her eye looked so much better. The next day her eye looked like it had never been sore.

OK for a quick fix
It's a small tube and quite thick so not easy to apply .It has definitely helped though as my dog's eyes are not getting as irritated when he goes out

Does the job, but hard to actually apply
This works well and has the desired effect on my dogs eyes, WHEN it goes in. Which is literally only 60% of the time. It's a gel, but a thick one. Which makes it super difficult to actually get it into their eye. Especially a dog, that doesn't understand that they have to stay still to have it put in. When you squeeze it out the tube, it gets stuck to the tip/applicator, rather than falling out and into the eyes. I ended up switching to a different product, purely because this was being wasted, and most of the time being applied to his eyelashes rather than his eyes, so wasn't even helping him. Struggling to get it in his eye, which was upsetting him more than it should because it took so long to do, and then having to try again and again because it'd missed just wasn't something I wanted to continue with. If it was just a little thinner and actually dropped out the tube, rather than just sticking to the end, it'd work great.
