Love the portability and ease of use

I got this for a trip to Disney World, where you now have to spend all day on the Disney app in order to avoid huge lines. It worked great. Recharged my phone many times and also used my phone while it was charging. Love the MagSafe connection to my iPhone 13 Mini. There were a couple issues, though.First, the battery pack is pretty large compared to the phone. It is much thicker than the phone. Worse, the length of the battery pack is slightly too long, so it partially blocks the camera. Every picture I took while the pack was attached had a blurry white line at the bottom, unless I rotated the pack 90 degrees while shooting. This worked but was very inconvenient.Second, the instructions for the battery pack are laughably bad and unintelligible. What I figures out is this: you have to tap the power button once to turn it on, which lights up the LCD screen telling you how much charge is left. If you do not turn on the pack, it does nothing when attached to a phone. You have to make sure you see the big lightning bolt circle icon appear on the iPhone, which means the pack is working. Otherwise it is just dead weight.I also learned that when you remove the pack from the phone (e.g., to take a photo without the white blur), the battery pack stays on for a few seconds, but if you don’t soon reattach it to the phone, the pack powers off. Again, watch for the lightning bolt when reattaching to make sure the thing is on. Not a big deal, but definitely involves an initial learning curve.You can also manually power off the pack, by holding down the power button a few seconds, but this is a little confusing (don’t know if you are really turning it off or on) so it is better to just let the thing turn itself off.Overall, I’m extremely glad I got this for the trip, and will use it on others. But it’s not a perfect product by a long shot.

I love the idea of this charger, but it’s a bit problematic if you have an iPhone 13 Pro because the battery pack sits just inside the field of view of the camera. Ugh. I SHOULD have checked it when it was delivered (instead of checking it after the return period had already expired), so that was my bad. Other than that, it works really well. The battery percentage seems a bit inconsistent with what it displays sometimes, but it’s a solid product. I bought a 2nd one for my husband’s iPhone 13 Pro Max, and there are no issues with the camera & MagSafe placement.

Battery doesn’t last very long. Maybe an hour.

It works well and charges fairly fast. You just have to make sure the magnet stays in place. Sometimes it will slide out of place off the circle ⭕️ and then doesn’t charge.
