I could see the difference
2nd Review after first go I stop using them because my gums hurt , probably my fault to not cleaning gums when put in my mouth, now a few months later no probs and other night I fell asleep for 2hours plus woke up and removed, no side affects š now I do every night for 2 weeks then stop

Horrific! DO NOT USE.
Put the recommended amount into a gum shield, put in my mouth and within less than two minutes I could feel my gums burning. Took it straight out and swilled my mouth and then brushed my teeth, and it looks as though my gums have shrivelled up/receded further up the teeth. This stuff is not safe to use in my opinion. Iāve used my teeth whitening products but never had this before. Straight in the bin!

Give it a try, but don't overdo application - you need less than you think!
Normally I use Crest WhiteStrips (Supreme, though I think this version is discontinued now and superseded by another) but the problem with these is, they don't cover every tooth - and they can be tricky to apply and come undone. So I thought I'd try a mould and whitening gel instead.Hydrogen Peroxide supposedly only lightens temporarily - whereas Carbamide Peroxide gives longer term results - and is gentle if you're not too generous with application (see below). From what I can see, these gels come in the exact same push-syringes (font / colouring / printing being the same?) but are sold under different brands on Amazon. Other listings state this has '0.1% CP' - so, I have my doubts about the stated 35% (the 'funchic' box has no numbers on its ingredients list, never a good sign).A lower percentage will still be effective, you just need them on teeth for a longer period, so I'm not too upset about that aspect. Also slightly annoying: this 'funchic' listing has *no instructions whatsoever*! but the 'PepWhite Ultra' listing (same gel syringes) elsewhere on Amazon does. Here's what they say:'Step 1Clean and dry mouth tray. Gently brush teeth with toothpaste and rinse with water.Step 2Apply 1/4 syringe of whitening gel into each side of the mouth tray, apply just enough to coat the frontal surfaces of your teeth to be whitened but not your gums.Step 3Close your mouth to fix the tray in place and leave for a minimum for 10 - 30 mins depending on tolerance. After a minimum of 10 min remove the mouth tray.Step 4Rinse your teeth with warm water, then remove the mouth tray and clean it.Repeat this whitening procedure for 6 consecutive days.'So, for one side of the tray use an eighth = 1/4 syringe in total per application.I would guess those suffering gum sensitivity are USING TOO MUCH - I added mine as instructed above and had no issues with sensitivity - my gums were fine. Kept it on for 30 minutes and there's definitely some whitening happening. Personally I prefer to do this at night after I've eaten and I'm preparing for bed.Lightly brushing beforehand is also important so you're not whitening 'tartar'!I do have a battery-powered 'blue light' but there's mixed opinions about whether they work. So, don't feel bad if you don't have one to hand.Going to have another go tonight, but it's looking good so far!

Donāt buy
DO NOT BUY. GUMS BURNT IN SECONDS. This states peroxide free but it is not an infact contains 12% peroxide broken down which is 3 times too high!! It will damage your teeth and gums
