I ordered these so I could take creatine on the go. They’re super handy to carry in my lunch bag and my gym bag. I would not recommend these for protein powder though as it’s way too small and would make a mess trying to pour the protein into the container.

Perfect size for my random supplement powders I need to take with me to work. I love not have to lug the whole container. Down side is protein powder volume won’t fit. But I still like it.

Pictures and description was a little deceiving. I thought that these would be big enough to hold a scoop of protein powder. As you can see, they’re not. Perfect for pre and post workout powders though. Other than the size. They work perfectly.

They are small! The narrow end is good for water bottles. If you have a small powder load then yeah, these will work. But for regular protein usage, these are not ideal. Works for my pre-workout and BCAAs.

Allows me to pack protein and creatine before/after the gym. This is essential to ensure that you take your supplements when needed. Size does defer depending on supplement brand
