Good IR Light Great Quality
The is an IR light and is not visible without some type of IR camera or night vision goggles. I have run the batteries down to nothing several times because of this, with the light only getting slightly warm. While the emitted light is not visible, The emitter glows visibly red when the light is turned on. The light has 3 levels with the default being low. Light taps on the tactical tail button cycle through the three levels.Zooming the lens works well but requires many rotations eventually coming off so it can be swapped out with other diameter lenses. It does not provide much of a flood light diameter, but it is intended as a spot light. This is necessary for its use as a tactical light for a rifle. Allowing it to retain its position after firing the weapon its attached to.I added the T67 lens to allow for it to zoom to a longer distance. But since my cheap night vision camcorder only has a 5X optical zoom, this light zooms in way beyond its capabilities even with the T38 lens attached. My testing showed it hitting a tree well over 200 feet away.Feels heavy and well built. Rotating the lens to zoom took a bit of effort but is expected for it to retain its position when used on a rifle.I did not use the charger as its indicators are just red/green. My color blindness is red/green so I use a charger with a 3 level led indicator. The batteries seem well built and last a decent amount of time. They also take quite some time to charge but I prefer to charge slowly to preserve the life of the battery.

Pairs well with PVS14
I like it. It works very well for an affordable IR torch that you can keep in a bag instead of the more expensive StreamLight supertac. There are three modes, low, mid, and high; however I am unable to tell a difference between mid and high. The adjustable lens allows you to go from flood, to a more focused beam. At full flood you get about a distinct 20 yard-wide pattern on subjects about 20 yards away. At full-beam you get a square-shaped focus point that is about 20"x20" on a surface about 20" away that grows to about a 20ft X 20ft focus point at about 200 yards. It will still (faintly) illuminate subjects out to about 300yds, but you can no longer see the shape of the beam focus. I have run it using a single 18650 as well as two CR123s; there is no noticeable difference in illumination amount between the two. I found the tube to fit several different picatinny mounts made for flashlights and lasers. The adjustable lens has enough grip to it that it wont loosely slip and lose beam focus. One star removed due to the emitter shape being so obvious at full beam; think of the $5 Amazon Special flashlights and scale it up - that's what it is in a nutshell. I intend to get a few more to keep in different bags and to have in case this one dies unexpectedly. I may amend this review with photos later.

Excellent Product For My Purposes
I do a lot of night time videography and was looking for a good IR Illuminator that could reach out to 200 yards or better. This little guy fits my needs perfectly. I have this illuminator mounted in a mic mount on my Canon XA11 and it works great in this configuration. Having the ability to zoom the beam in and out is a huge plus for me. The brightness is amazing and several orders of magnitude better than the IR light on my camera. Battery life is excellent also. After a full charge, I left the light on while filming over night (about 8 hours) and there was still plenty of charge. In fact, This one charge has lasted about 15 hours and still has some juice. The only negative thing I have to report about this product is the totally useless 5.5" x 4" piece of paper supplied with the light that is titled users manual. While it does have a graphic showing the correct orientation of the battery, it says nothing about how to charge. After fiddling with it for a few minutes I found the charging port for the battery. It's actually on the side of the positive terminal of the battery itself. So, pull the battery out of the light, plug the charging cable into its slot and then into a USB charger. On either side of the positive nipple on the battery there are two tiny little LEDs that flash green indicating charging. These LEDs turn solid green indicating charging is complete. Initial charge time was a little over 2 hours.

absolute steal for the price
These are built outstanding and I can focus down and see 1000 yards with my Zulusbest deal out there .These are the same units as Sightmark Watchman for 200 dollars eachThe others leaving bad reviews are absolutely clueless, this mounts beautifully toan AR or any pic rail with a standard 30mm scope ring. I'm an avid shooter and coyote hunterI know gear.. These are High power VCSEL laser IR lights that focus to 1000 yds back to floodinside 30 yds . These are TOP Notch IR Torches ...don't listen to the clueless clowns here giving theselow ratings ...

Didn't work.
Tried two fully charged batteries, but produced only a dim light. This is the third UniqueFire light I've purchased. The other two, which are the larger T75 and T60 models, work just fine. Maybe this was just a bad light.

T38 IR 850nm LED NV Torch T20 zoomable flashlight
I gave this T20 a try, the first one I ordered had a defective cap switch. It only flickered and was very weak. I contacted the seller, and to my surprise, they knew about the potential issue and quickly sent me one that was tested and working. It arrived a few days and bam, this one worked great. Good IR light throw, 3 levels of switching modes. Now I can mount this on my AR15 when using the NV Scope. The T20 can throw out a little further than the scopes built in IR. Pretty good product for the price and great customer service. Thanks.

Bright, but poorly made
This is a very bright IR without a doubt. It is great when you tighten the beam, i can see 400-500 yards with my wraith 4k no problem. however, the back end of the flashlight is already loose from the front of the light causing the rear end to "sag" and since the bulb is attached to the back half of the housing, the beam is no longer focused on where my scope is looking. After 2 weeks, this light is bright and has good battery life, but is very poorly made. Other higher quality options should be considered before buying this illuminator.
