Solid enough, but you may want the bigger model.
It's built well, but I kind of regret not getting the bigger model as there's not much room to store cables and accessories.

It works
I have an akaso camera, and I'm just dabbling with the action camera thing, so I chose this. The camera without the case fit in the slot, the camera with the case did not, I took a knife and made some small tweaks to make it work but it's sturdy. So far so good

It is much safer
For the money that I spend on my video equipment, this item makes me feel more confident that my equipment is taken care of. I received the item pretty fast, and the pricing was on point.
