No problems fitting this filter.Its obviously not as easy as a metal spin off filter, as this is a filter element that fits inside a screwed plastic housing Ford redesigned the Mondeo oil filter for the 2003 onwards model year to a metal spin off type

doesn't fit
don't trust the search bar, i am sure this is a great oil filter and it came top in my recommendations from amazon, but if you have a car with a variable pressure oil pump and only have ten minutes to change the oil before it loses its prime, finding out that your oil filter doesn't fit can make this procedure challenging. don't trust the vehicle search, check the part is specifically manufactured for your vehicle or you could end up with a large mechanic's bill if your lucky, or a 25+ grand paperweight if your unlucky
