Arrived earlier than advertised, wellpackaged. Easy to assembled (once I got the instructions right!) Sturdy and well made. Would recommend.

The screws from under the bench was not all the way in hanging on and wood split customer service were really good and used the refund asking as I could put the bench back on the pallet. I'm a women not exactly musely medium build it took to the delivery man and my partner to help carry this to the property as it was too heavy for the delivery man so not sure how I was expected to list this on pallet when my partner wasent available to help. Luckily the delivery driver helped get it back on the pallet and managed to somehow carry it back to the van he was really struggling it's oak and extremely heavy should have two delivery drivers for heavy stuff!It looked nice if it had stronger screed and wasn't broken

I have made many flat back furniture and understand and know what to expect. Some are easy, some are difficult but this garden table really was difficult. The instructions did not give an actuate step by step description and to top it all, the screw threads that the bolts go into were in a separate bag. Surely the manufacture would have found it just as easy to put them in there correct sockets especially as some of the time I have to hammer them in to places that you should not be hammering. You need a DeWalt compact driver to wind in the screws/bolts and you definitely need a drill for making holes for the screws. This took me 7 hours to build and there was a lot of putting in and taking out again rearranging and working out with logic thinking because the instructions were useless. Nice when build though but I wouldn't build another if I needed too.

Love this picnic table so perfect and looks amazing on my patio, Highly Reccamend.
