Great Customer service.
I am giving 5 stars for the price and for customer service (after 3 months they have sent me a replacement water container due to a faulty handle, for free) and for the power it holds. This little beast is much more powerful than American made Jiffy that costs over £300. It is not dripping either, unlklile jiffy. Now the not so good things: strain relief on the hose is not efficient and it bends and kinks way too easy. Also the hose it way too short and thin. I am using it raisef up. It if works well - it is great. Just don't allow the hose to kink.

Steaming Hot Great
The GEEPAS Garment Steamer has become a regular in my laundry routine. I appreciate its quick heat up time it's really fast. The 1.3L water tank is surprisingly spacious; I can usually steam a whole load of clothes before needing a refill. The multiple steam settings are useful, allowing me to adjust the intensity depending on the fabric. I've used it on everything from delicate blouses to thick curtains and haven't had any issues. The steamer does a great job removing wrinkles and it's much quicker than ironing. While the claim of killing germs isn't something I can personally verify, it does leave my clothes feeling fresh and clean. The upright design is convenient and the steamer itself is lightweight and easy to maneuver.

Fast and efficient garment steamer
This is a sizeable product which needs consideration for storage before purchasing. You can adjust the pole though (where the hangar goes) to make it fit better in smaller spaces.Storage aside, it feels and looks well built and was reasonably easy to set up following the instructions. It steams up quickly when turned on but note there are only 2 steam settings - but that’s fine for most garment types. It’s rather satisfying steaming a shirt and seeing the creases literally drop out. A handle on the base unit would have been useful but the wheels are smooth running and it is easy to manoeuvre. It’s a lot of money but does the job very well and owing to the 2000w power, it does the job quickly too. Large water tank means it doesn’t need topping up much. Overall an excellent steamer which is recommended.

Effective & fast. Would benefit from a handle
This steamer is very efficient at what it does. Pretty straightforward to set up - I was a bit confused about the coat hanger and steam head hood, as the instructions only mention installing the latter, but I realised the coat hanger slots into the top of the steel pole and the hook can slot into the hanger (the steamer head hook can also be installed directly into the pole without the coat hanger, as referenced in the instructions). The unit is quite bulky, so you do need the storage space for it. The pole is fairly easy to disassemble, so that does provide more options re: storage space, so it could live in a cupboard or bottom of a wardrobe. The unit heats up within seconds and starts steaming. There's no control on the steam head itself, just an on/off switch on the base unit and 1 and 2 settings for the steam. The steam head has a brush that's attached by sliding it sideways onto the head. It's quite a snug fit, so I did find that I couldn't remove it while the steamer was on, due to the constant flow of hot steam, so it is worth planning the order of steaming multiple garments by group of which need the brush and those that don't, so you only have to turn it off once during use to attach/remove the brush. The steam function worked exceptionally well, removing all creases from a very crumpled cotton dress with one steady pass.I realised that hanging the dress on the unit's hanger meant that it needed removing from the hanger to turn it (I suppose I could've put the dress over the entire pole to make the back easily accessible, but that seems to be more labour-intensive). It's obviously less of an issue with an open-fronted garment, such as a jacket, but it did make me feel that it might be easier to remove the hanger and just use regular coat hangers that can be hung from the steamer head hooks - this way, all items needing steaming can be on their own hangers before the session, the back of each garment can be done easily from one working position by just turning it on its hanger and it's ready to be transferred to the wardrobe once done.My only gripe isn't with its performance but in moving it around. The wheels are great, and you can move it holding the pole (if using with this in place), but the only handle on it is for the water tank, which just lifts directly off the main unit when picked up, so the steamer is a little awkward to move around, especially up/down stairs, as it has to be picked up by the base. It's fairly light when the tank's empty, but it's still not easy to lift because of its bulk, and it obviously weighs more when full. It's a very good steamer that is really fast and efficient. With a top handle to easily move the unit around, this would be a solid 5*
