This product is great. I have a bad back and whenever I feel it achy I put the heat on and push one of the 3 vibrations and I feel better.

Very inexpensive, great product for the price. One thing, if your belly is a little bigger like mine lol, the circumference of the belt might be snug.

This item is AWFUL, TERRIBLE, DISAPPOINTING! I have had it a little over a month(ordered on 1/28, today is 2/29) and it is already NOT working! I plug it in, and try to turn it on and nothing! I have it plugged into a surge protector which is active as I've had other items plugged in that worked fine. I've also tried it in several different outlets (that work with other items) to no avail. This heating pad is defective and was a complete waste of money. I am going to see if I can return it. I am very disappointed because when it worked it worked well! So it's very hard for me to write this review as I WISH this was a better, more durable product, seems insane that it is already done working after such a short period of time.

It does what it claims to do but i hate the fact that this device is not cordless. I just want to charge and go but with this you have to sit in one spot while you use it. Ill keep it for those times im laying in bed and need some pain relief, but im definitely shopping for a cordless one to use around the house and in the car

I really like this heating pad and massager. You can set for 30 minutes - which it probably enough. The only thing I don't like about it is that the band that goes around is short. I can get the velcro to clasp but just a little and I am a size 8. I would probably have returned it because of that but I got sick and didn't feel like it. Glad I didn't because it works well enough I am happy to keep it.

This heating pad and massager is great! I had purchased a couple others but they barely got warm enough to make a difference. At times I don't sleep correctly which results in lower back pain, which I alleviate with stretches and heat treatment. I need to be able to feel the heat. With this heating pad you do!I really like the fact that It is held in place with the straps, so I don't have to worry about it shifting. My pics show the heating pad /massager positioned to the front or the back. The controls are easily accessible and easy to use. The massage feature is better than I expected. It has 3 massage levels/patterns. When you turn it on it defaults to 30 mins but you can set the timer up to 5 hours. I t comes with a good length electrical cord. I would highly recommend this!

Heating function stopped working after about 4 months of light use. While it worked, it was a very nice heating unit with multiple settings.Massage feature works, but it is really useless - feels like a bee buzzing on your back with no pressure (I also did not expect any more).I primarily bought it for the heat function and that failed too soon.

I got this for my dad. He’s in his 70’s and has arthritis in his lower back and a regular old heating pad wasn’t cutting it anymore. This he props up in his recliner and has it going all day. He really likes the massager and the fact that it isn’t too much to the point that it hurts. The timer is great so he doesn’t have to remember to shut it off at night. Overall he’s pretty satisfied with it.
