The pure series supplements from oxin seems to work well for us. I haven’t noticed dramatic improvement in focus from L-tyrosine but it can help with my mood. L-theanine from the same pure series of oxin has dramatically transformed the sleep quality for my husband.

I bought them as they were cheap and had many great reviews but after taking one tablet i faced many side effects , the capsules even have a strong chemical smell even when youu put them in mouth they give that bad bad taste , no benefits at all as others claimed . Please stay away , i threw my bottle in trash
