Great product, which I have been using for the past five years, but the price has increased to where I can and no longer afford to buy it. found a better product which cost a whole bunch less and actually has the black pepper added which makes the product more able to be absorbed into body

Excellent product for over all health!

I use this product in conjunction with 3 small PEPPERCORNS … the peppercorns help with absorption….and it works like a charm… I can even climb stairs without any pain in my knees… my hips are no longer stiff and I can stand up after sitting for long periods and walk away immediately instead of waiting for my body to unfold lol…. After researching turmeric supplement benefits, decided to try the more concentrated curcumin form taken with olive oil and a bit of black pepper as recommended to improve absorption.Very pleased with the metabolic stimulation. Too early to assess inflammation reduction and other purported benefits but so far has exceeded expectations and will continue to evaluate over the next few months.
