Saw this being used on a YouTube video. It really does the trick cleaning the heavy deposits of carbon off with it's high pressure spray nozzle. Recommended.

Helps clean up the sludge that builds up in the air intakes. Also cleaned the air sensor in the air filter and made the engine a bit more responsive.

Followed the instructions on usage, which was pretty straightforward. Something to use periodically, I believe. I use it when doing a service, just to keep on top of things. Work in progress, so can't give a verdict as yet.

So, owning a BMW (2012 330d) beyond 3 years old can be distressing experience.I had the dreaded EGR fault code, (Carly) having already spent £1900 at BMW having the intake manifold replace and ports blasted.Did some research and thought I’d give this stuff a try before going anywhere just yet.Followed instructions using one can via air filter intake (after filter) and initial results were hit and miss, so I added some Wynns Diesel treatment to half tank of fuel and ran the diagnostic test again.It’s currently early days - only 250 miles along but the codes have not reappeared and there is a notable difference in acceleration.Pleasing, to say the least.Going to give the car a run and see how the mpg looks now, fingers crossed. PS - the diesel treatment stinks, don’t wash the bottle out in the kitchen sink, Mrs will go ape… 🥴

I used this product because my golf 1.6D kept giving curly engine light sign in a morning when cold if you put your foot down in the first 5 minutes of the journey and going into limp mode (sometimes other times too). Got the fault diagnosed by buying a OBD scanner and found it pointed to EGR sensor problems. Got a quote for new EGR and it's about £600 as it's at the back in the middle of the engine and a nightmare to get at. Decided to buy this before going down the expensive route, followed the video's online, disconnecting the front air box etc and spraying it in and it hasn't given the error for 2 weeks now. Hoping it's cleared it. Saving the second can in case the fault does come back. 70,000 mile, 10 year old golf MK6.

This is not the extreme version of the cleaner that’s advertised in the photo, it’s just the bog standard one. Whether it works or not I don’t know, false advertising.

It works but expect to have to buy more to get the job done.
