A friend bought me this card set as a gift and I have subsequently bought them for others. Each card is beautifully illustrated with a detailed description of the Hindu God or Goddess depicted, plus the type of blessing bestowed by each one and a mantra/meditation for invoking the energies of that specific deity. A lovely gift for those who enjoy yoga philosophy or Eastern spirituality.

A lovely deck of full colour cards that can be used on both shrines and devotional spaces as well as in meditation. The cards are not oracle in the strictest sense, although reading with them in that way would'nt be too much of hurdle to jump. Informative and lovely to look at. Very happy to recommend.

I use this deck at my Yogalessons. It is a good way to show my students the Deities of the Hindu. The short explanation is very handy. Because there're so much Deities, it is impossable to know them all, when you didn't grow up with the stories. I use the deck a lot and find it very handy and usefull.

I got the cards originally as a divination deck but you can use them to call on the gods/goddesses to intercede on your behalf. I have on many occasions recited the complete mantra on a card and asked for help and got great results. recommended.

I love these cards, being a yoga teacher with a terrible memory I am using them to try and remember most of the main gods/goddesses and their characterstics and these are the best tool I have found!!! I really love them

Not my favourite but still useful, although some deities are not that necessary while some are human beings who are saints or gurus pf very specific traditions, not sure why only those were selected. Overall not that balanced.
