Great for fine motor skills

The battery compartment is slightly too big so I have had to wedge foil in to keep them in place. If it gets knocked the batteries come lose again.

I'm a little disappointed on the size of product can be connected to others though ... more for kids age 8 rather than younger , can make fun and colourful pictures or pattens

This mini Lite Brite comes with coloured pegs, which you simply push into the board to create a design. It comes with some patterns, but I decided just to play around with it and make a cute heart, and I love how it looks!It takes 3 AAA batteries (not included), and you need a mini screwdriver to open the battery compartment. To turn it on and off you just push the front panel in, and the board can be connected to other onesThere’s no storage for the extra pegs you don’t use in your design, and the pegs are a little tricky to remove at times but other than that it’s a really cool and retro looking, and brighter than I was expecting which is great!

Simple yet fun game/drawing board. This set keeps my daughter entertained most mornings when she wakes up. Its small but simple to operate and she is happy to sit in her room and play with this all by herself. The end results are actually pretty cool and you can draw any basic design in the grid formation. She has also used it to play noughts and crosses with her older siblings.

This is a fun and retro flashback to the 80's from when I had this toy as a child and it's great to see that Lite Brite is still going strong and is still being enjoyed today by children.I was excited to show this to my children, it's very simple yet they find it addictive and fun. You have a small light board which requires batteries and different coloured transparent pegs which light up when you make an image on the board.Its fun and providing you don't lose the pegs and keep them safe this will give lots of fun for a long time.
