Perfect!!!
I absolutely love them!! This is my 2nd Bose hearing aid. Purchased the 1st set in 2021. The old set seemed like the speaker was going out, so I decided to upgrade. I purchased 3 other, less expensive, sets and had to return them. They were either too big for my ears or lacked the sound quality I was used too. The Lexie/Bose fits perfectly! The sound quality is great. They are rechargeable, so no more buying batteries. Best of all is the Bluetooth capability!!! It was a little tricky getting them paired but I figure it out. (Settings>Accessibility>Hearing Devices). Worth every penny, so far.

First pair. Good service and connection.
I bought these a few months ago and wanted to give them a fair shot before leaving a review. I am 32 years old and have had to wear hearing aids since I was 6 years old. I never actually wore my hearing aides much when I was younger cause I hated how bulky they were and I was always active. Obviously that was years ago and I’m comparing these new Lexie hearing aides to very old technology. I work outside a lot and drive heavy machinery so I’m around loud noises most of the time. But the reason I needed them was when I would be doing office work or communicating with customers.First off I think the company takes good pride in their products. They called me a week after I registered my hearing aides and made sure I was getting along with them and if I needed any assistance with the fittings or connecting to my phone.I’ve noticed other reviews on Amazon saying they’ve had to disconnect them or turn them off and reconnect them to the phone to change the hearing aide settings. I tried to recreate this issue and only experienced that problem when I exited the app. I couldn’t reconnect the hearing aides to the app BUT I went into my settings (iPhone) and clicked on hearing devices and just reconnected them. Super easy and quick. I found that leaving the app running in the background allowed me change settings and save them whenever I wanted with no hassle. I haven’t noticed any battery drain cause of this. Also, being able to connect to the phone and adjust the volume of my audiobook or music separately from the actual hearing aide volume blew me away! What’s even better is I can choose to have the music/ audiobook in one ear or both. Which I usually let it play in one.I haven’t really messed with talking on the phone but I’ve tried a few times. I didn’t think it was great. All of the noises were competing with each other whenever someone on the other line talked. This wasn’t a huge deal for me as I have a separate headset I like to use for talking. Which I’m able to connect at the same time as the hearing aides so I just push a button to answer.I have three issues with these. One being my ear gets really sweaty so the fitting tends to slide around. But I really wouldn’t call that an issue with the product but I didn’t think it would be this bad. The other is certain higher pitch clapping sound nearly the same. It was hard for me to distinguish between someone slapping a wall or clapping hands. Which leads me to my next issue. Occasionally the voices of people talking to me sound electronic. It usually only happens if there is a lot of noises around such as being outside and it’s windy. It’s not aggressive or anything, I had to focus to hear it but it happens. Overall I love these. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in hearing aides but don’t wanna blow 7grand right off the bat. give them a shot, spend time to get to know the hearing aides and how they work on your phone!

Service is terrible - excuse after excuse
Do not deal with this company. They are disorganized, do not complete tasks and I will be returning my order and wonder if I will receive a refund. Will update.Quality - appear well made. Connection to application has to be redone each time it is used. Software give you access to volume, balance (R/L) , treble /bass . About the same as a Sony walkman from the 80's. High frequencies screech if treble increased. A lot of crackle as well. Some noise reduction, but almost insignificant. My wires were too short and would fall out of ear canal often, especially when chewing. This is why I measured ears and saw that I needed wire #3. This is when I found out how poor service quality is.So I called to ask for the #3 wires and needed to email a copy of the Amazon receipt for Lexie to process. My wife emailed it to Henry in support. I was to receive a call asking for $10 for shipping. Did not happen. I call again and talk to Tsiamo, he can not see my email and goes to Henry's desk to look for receipt and can not find it. I send to Tsiamo the receipt who connects me with accounts receivable to collect the $10. Told by AR that the wires would be sent. More than two weeks later - still no wires. I call back today and am told that it was not communicated to send the wires and that they could not find a phone # or email address for me. If they would google me I do pop right up - name/email/phone number. They could have also asked me or even looked at there call log - if they have one. Buying through Amazon shortens the time you have from 45 Days to 37(?) days which makes the loss of more than two weeks too much. While writing this I have now received 2 emails from Lexie - only the loss of $1,000 appears to be enough motivation for these employees. Finally, service is not US based - only sales. Very difficult to understand what they are saying with the \ terrible sound quality of their phones. At least they are polite.
