Earsmile Wax Removal.
The product is as advertised and as reviewed by others. The initial use was easy and not too bad with warm water. The volume was amazing and a little disconcerting. The only problem I have encountered was one of my own making. When empty, the product is top heavy if the reservoir is empty and still open. I bumped the product and it took a tumble, breaking the tube that dispenses the water. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond. I rate them some of the best I have encountered. All in all, you can’t go wrong with a purchase of the kit.

Dosent clean as advertised..

1 button for all modes
This was for my significant other and it gave him vertigo. It has 1button for all the different modes. You have to go through each one before you can get to the one you want. One of the pulses was to strong and he had vertigo for almost 2 days. Haven't used it since.

Not a good substitute
If you want clean ears, go to an ENT doctor. I have tried several products that just don’t clean out your ear as well.
