The last and the best peeler you will ever need.
Great value. Super sharp and very easy to use on virtually everything. It peals potatoes, celery, carrots, zuccinni, and anything else you want to peel effortlessly and appears indestructible The blade is made from amaphorus silicon, one of the hardest substances known to man, so you will be passing this peeler on to several generations..

Good for making lemon peels for limoncello
I went with ceramic for one simple reason: I needed thin peels of lemon to make limoncello and this type of peeler was recommended on a website. This ceramic peeler worked very well for the intended purpose once I found a good technique. The blade is sharp and the handle is comfortable. I have a Keyocera mandolin, as well, so I expected a good blade. I was not disappointed.

Perfect for Limoncello
I bought this strictly for making limoncello. You have to peel the lemons 🍋 very very thin and not get any of the white pith , just very thin yellow peel. I have tried many peelers over the years. This ceramic blade works better than anything else has.

Best peeler ever
Works awesome. Copycat ceramic peelers are no good.

Great peeler, NOT dishwasher safe!
The ceramic blades in these are as sharp as the originals from 20 years ago, however the OG slim handle has better ergonomics IMO and the guide/fence on the plastic blade assembly of the current version warps in the dishwasher (I run hot cycle, but no heat dry). This means that after the guide warps, you only get paper thin peels, which makes the peeler useless for most kitchen tasks (still OK for carrots) and completely ruins its chances of making citrus peel garnishes (unless you want .5mm thick sheets of peel surface to julienne yourself, rather than using a zester). If you skip the dishwasher, it's a great peeler!

Durable and always sharp.
I did not believe that a ceramic blade could be so sharp. I was shocked. Durable and clean so easy. I am allergic to nickel ( stainless steel). This peeler is a perfect solution.
