I purchased this product, and at first it worked fine. However, it later stopped working and showed a flashing red light. I contacted customer support, and they guided me through the safety features. After properly aligning the blender and fully charging it as per the instructions, it now works perfect. Great customer support and a reliable product once you understand how to use it correctly!

Don't buy this crap. I bought 2. The first one broke before I could sew it for the first time so I bought a second one to use on holiday but when we got there something didn't work anymore and I couldn't do anything. You can't return it because it has some kind of battery protection and there is no shipping point where I can accept returns with this battery - I threw almost 60 pounds in the bin and it's the worst purchase in 10 years on Amazon

Brilliant, just the perfect size Add water, a big scoop of shake powder, and ice cubes! It blends everything smoothly and efficiently. Ideal for taking to work, as it’s both sturdy and reliable. I initially bought a cheaper one earlier this week, but it broke on the first try—definitely worth spending a little extra for better quality!

Though the blender is very aesthetically pleasing, it’s unreliable! Doesn’t function as expected, considering the price. Only had it for two days and it’s not working. I’ll try and switch it on with water inside the blender and it’ll work. The moment I add a little bit of chopped fruit, nada - no red light, nothing. And yes, I ensure the blender is aligned and is fully charged!! The on button also seems faulty as it’s not sturdy and can be pushed all the way in from left to right. I’ve literally only been able to use this little contraption ONCE! Considering it’s not a cheap blender, it’s not a very good one- which is such a shame as it’s beautiful, lightweight and WOULD/COULD have been handy. So, I’ve requested a refund! :(I also forgot to mention the blender bottle had scratches on it when it arrived. I’ve given 3 stars simply for the fast delivery and the fact it is a cute blender and that’s being generous!

I use this everyday. The functionality is great. It blends great, it has good power, it can get a bit noisy but it depends on what you put into it. The battery life is okay, it lasts through 10 blends before you charge it again. It's good with ice as well.

Perfect for on the go. It is so easy to use and lightweight. Love that I can remove the bottom and put on the included cover and just grab it and go. Very powerful. Can blend up all kinds of stuff with this thing. Great for missing protein drinks, smoothies, blends ice easily and can even make baby food with it.
