Very comfortable for smaller ears and block out the noise enough to sleep :)
These earplugs are perfect. Most earplugs hurt my ears and don't block out the noise enough to sleep, but these are comfortable and block out almost all noise. I used to get the purple ones from Boots which were amazing but they were discontinued and these are the same or similar. I bought a small pack to start with and will definitely buy more.

Let me get a good night's sleep
These are great earplugs. They are easy to use. Putting them in takes a couple of tries to begin with. You need to pinch them small, insert then hold your finger to the end as they expand. You can actually hear the world getting quieter as they do.I bought them because whilst on holiday I was sharing a room with my sister whose snores shake the room. Whilst these earplugs didn't block out everything (short of death, she is never going to be silent) they reduced the thunder to a soft rumble. Honestly, they saved me, I was able to sleep.I went for this size because I am a woman and they fitted fine.

Very good earplugs for small ear canals
I used to sleep in the standard size of ultra-soft plugs from the same brand. Here’s what I think.Apologies in advance in case this review, due to its comparison to other earplugs I didn’t like, was automatically sorted by the AI summary bot into a negative pile — please beware that that is not true as these purple earplugs are a good start, if not far better for small-ear-folks like me.Due to my small ear canal, the earplugs on the left were putting too much pressure on my ear. They, like all standard-size earplugs, would:1) fall out;2) put so much pressure on my ear canal that I started hearing pulsations or ringing, often so bad that I had to take them out at the cost of a good night’s sleep;3) made it extremely uncomfotrable to turn my head on the pillow. As a side-sleeper, I simply cannot relax lying on my back or chest, so wearing earplugs that go all the way into the ear canal, allowing for my head to turn on its side, is a matter of life and excessive consumption of caffeine. To those who are interested what my background noise landscape is like: one of the major UK highways with a crossing in front of my window (so much for it being double-glazed); heavy trucks regularly falling into a pothole on the said crossing; cars and bikes with removed mufflers; rhapsodies on a Friday-Saturday pub night; house noises such as door slamming, stomping above my bedroom at 3-4 am, water pipes hammering whenever someone opens a tap or runs a laundry machine. Hope that helps. In any case, previous earplugs were simply too much for my ears. The slim fit ones are just as easy to use, but fit much more comfrotably in my ears, even though the size difference is quite little as shown in photos. It’s still not a perfect fit and I can feel them at night when I turn my head, but I’m a relatively new person to wearing earplugs. And most importantly, the sensation is nowhere near to being painful. It might be a matter of habit, years of wear experience, personal sensitivity etc…What I noticed with both models, however, is that even with a rather uncomfrotable fit of the standard-size plugs, I woke up in a refreshed state—unless they fell out of course. I can also attest that earplugs in general, at least for me, may make it a bit weird trying to fall asleep, but when I wake up on my own instead of being jolted awake by a random external noise, my delight is immesuarable. It’s the kind of nirvana that only peope who live in a noisy place will udnerstand. It’s not at the point where I’d stop hating on Mondays, but at least now we have a truce. You might also have noticed that different fits of earplugs have different sound cancellation capacity, up to 33 dB and 33 dB. Is there any significant difference in practice? I wouldn’t say so; I think now that the sound cancellation finally met the comfort, I wouldn’t notice as I’m not at all sensitive to soft or suppressed sounds, which are kind of far away. It’s harsh and intermittent noises that really bother me. However, the fit and therefore sound cancellation capabilites is ultimatey down to the unique anatomy of your ear canal. It might be not only smaller but also shorter than most ear plugs can offer, therefore causing even slim fits to fall out. I’d recommend not to waste any more money on trial-and-errors if that always results in error, and consider custom-made earplugs. These slim fits never fell out of my ears. I can’t speak to their durability because I bin a pair every morning due to bad experiences with ear infections from multi-use ear plugs in the past.Last word on the color choice: I like it. I personally associate purple with relaxation and zen, lavender, that sort of thing.I don’t usually write reviews this long, but seeing how ridiculously difficult it is to find a good pair of plugs for a seemingly common ear size, decided to unleash my inner Shakespeare for this one. Hope some of it helped you decide.

Best ever ear plugs
3rd time I’ve bought these in 2 years I love them, I can’t sleep unless I wear them since we were burgled in 2008 it took me months to find a ear plug small enough for my ear canal and these are definitely them. They are small and fab quality. I highly recommend them.

Works for me
Always had trouble finding the right ones, after trying several disposable and reusable ones this are the right fit for me. I have small ear channel and everything I tried hurt my ear. This is great and does the job, you can still hear some sounds but once you are asleep is ok.

Not like the small 10 pack
I bought a 10 pack and they were great - so I ordered a 50 pair pot - these are terrible, smaller and don't block noise. They feel like they could disappear into my ear. A total waste of £20. I wondered if the 10 pack might be made in a different factory - so I risked it and order a small box again, but no these are also different. Clearly the manufacturing has changed. Waste of time and money!

Best fitting earplugs ever
I didn't know I was using earplugs that were actually too big for my ears! These small ones block out the noise far more than all the others I used over the years. They fit small ears, even my 10year old uses them. I sleep with them and don't feel them (others hurt my ears after a while). You can use the same pair several weeks, they stay nice and flexible.

It can reduce the noise a little bit
Very soft did a little help with reducing the noise, but if you a very sensitive to noise, this one may not be suitable for you.
