I switched to the Legion Biome probiotic from another supplement brand as the other brand that I was taking was not as accessible and I was concerned that my body would not be compatible with this probiotic, but I was definitely proven wrong. I have had no gut/GI/tummy troubles with this supplement. They are easy to swallow, tasteless, and do not impact my regularity in a negative way. I love the Legion transparency and will definitely continue to make these apart of my supplement routine!

You do not lose weight on this product. I bought it because I needed a probiotic andthey claimed the three probiotics (Bifidobacterum lactis, Lactobacillus plantarum & Bacillus subtilis) and the prebiotic (xylooligosaccharides) help older women. I'm not convinced that this is any better than the usual probiotics I take. Serving size is 2 pills with your first meal so the bottle lasts only 14 days.Apple cider vinegar contains prebiotics and probiotics, BTW.

It works, but it flared up acid reflux issues.

The pills are small and easy to swallow. Subtle bad smell in bottle but pill itself had no smell and no taste. No negative reactions to this product.I like that this company offers a refund if you aren't happy with your product, that gives me confidence. What I don't like is that there is a prop 65 warning on the bottle. Now, I get it, prop 65 is very stringent and a lot of products require a prop 65 warning, even if they only contain trace amounts of potential carcinogens. Probably a lot of things cause cancer. What I have a problem with is that they don't show the back of the bottle with that warning in the photos and don't explain about it in their text product description. I didn't like having to ask about it, it's almost like they were trying to hide that fact.

I showed this to my naturopath who suggested I take probiotics for gut maintenance and she wow'd at the ingredients and asked how much it was. I told her and she said it wasn't that bad for what you get and to let her know how it wentSo far, so good. I'm almost done with the bottle and experience no irritation and a gut that's in great working order. This isn't going to fix major issues like IBS or something but it will help maintain a healthy, well-oiled gut so take it for thatAwesome ingredients too, appreciate how clean these are and how the brand didn't use fillers or junk like a few others do in the "other" ingredients list

This probiotic comes with an exorbitant price tag. I thought perhaps it is due to the inflation. Then I checked out the top 10 probiotic products currently on the probiotics best selling list on Amazon. I calculated their average price for the 30 day supply to be approximately $16.70. This bottle, LEGION Biome costs almost three times of that. This bottle doesn’t offer substantially more to justify their price. Some products offer a lot more than this at a reasonable price.

Don't think I've experienced any effects yet, probably need more time to observe! No observed negative side effects yet at least. The dose size is reasonable, I'm a wimp and would obviously prefer 1 pill a day max but most supplements require at least 2 pills so oh well. I do appreciate how well explained their selection of probiotic strains are in the listing! Bottle is not child-proof though just FYI.I am unfamiliar with the market for this particular item and thus cannot assess "value for product" sufficiently. First impressions, will update if I find further benefits or issues w/ more use in the future.
