Excellent product applied to leaking joints on a felted flat roof, has since had numerous heavy downpours of rain with no further leaks or problems buy with confidence!!

Don't bother trying to claim on the 5 year warranty
Kovertek make a big thing of TekCryl being the only roof seal paint with a 5 year warranty. But when I tried to claim they said that Adverse Weathering wasn't covered. So basically if it rains on your roof and the Tekcryl cracks and wears off like mine did, they won't replace it. Really disappointing customer service to put it mildly. While it did stop the leaks for 3 years, I can't recommend it for a felt roof as they say it should last 5 years. But don't back this up except for their worthless guarantee. Images are of the Tekcryl after 3 years on a felt roof.
