Missing part
We had the ball bracket missing (item 3 ) on sheet, could not contact anyone so had to return . We re ordered and exactly the same thing happened so we have to return it too . Such a shame as we like the look of it . 0

nice looking quick handrail
I put this on the front steps to the porch on my parents house. They are 89 and 90 and need a handrail to steady themselves on these concrete steps. The hand rail is thin but quite sturdy. The hardware is all stainless so it should not rust. For DIY on concrete I do recommend buying a good masonry bit. For 6 holes I thought I could get by on a cheap bit. No, that took to trips to Lowes for masonry bits. I was very pleased with the handrail.
