Life saver for my fishes.
I have always trusted this brand name for all my fish pond needs. I used this particular product once before when it was necessary to top up my pond with tap water. I had no problems. I had to uses the product again recently when I lost 75% of my pondwater over night from a major leak. That was 2 weeks ago and all the fish are fine. Thank you Tetra.

Slightly damaged on arrival
I’ve not used the product yet, although as a reputable brand I’m sure it’ll be fine.However when I received it, despite being securely packaged the lid was slightly damaged and the seals attaching the lid were broken. It didn’t look as though any of the product was missing so I won’t pursue it, but it definitely appeared to have been opened previously.
