I will be buying another tube or two of this Creatine as I have to admit I found it hard to take the tablet form so I use my blender and turn them into power form which is a lot easier for me to take and I take it with a vitamin drink every morning before hard training/resisting training and have seen a massive difference in my own well being and muscles, not as tired as I use to be and have more strength/more power in my training. I like it and will be buying more of this as it is so pure and easier to take in a vitamin drink. There is a lot of different brands but my own opinion I love this and have tried others but I will stay with this product. Try it as it may work for you or you may not like it, but don't expect a over night fix as you need to use it for some weeks to see the difference. Try to do a sugar free diet it does help.

It’s pure unflavoured creatine, there is nothing more to say about this.The tablets are small because everyone was moaning that the 1g tablets were massive. What do you expect? If you want a 1g creatine tablet, then it’s going to be massive. Bite it in half and quit complaining.These tablets are small, the size of a paracetamol. That means that they are less than half a gram each which means that five tablets equal 2g. Therefore you want to be eating 10-15 tablets per day.If this is a problem, then get the massive hard to swallow ones, or powder and mix it up in water.Personally I like these tablets because I can chuck a load in my pocket when on the move and take a handful as required.

I've now finished one tub.Mentally these are the best creatine tabs I've taken. I stay level headed unlike some other brands where I can feel wired.Physically, not the best of the brands I've used but still very good.All in in, my new go to brand for creatine. I previously used scimx as you'll see from my profile but these are now my favourite. I've been training 15 years and used several brands over the years.

I've only been taking the creatine tablets for a couple of days but I'm already more than happy with the product. I've only ever had creatine in powder form, so it does feel like a bit much to have so many tablets once or twice a day, but they don't taste bad or anything and they're not too difficult to swallow, although if they were a bit smaller it would be even easier.

I buy these all the time but suddenly the tablet size has trebled they are much much bigger then usual and very difficult to swallow so just be warned

This is by far the best creatine out there and I'd happily recommend it to anyone. Creatine is creatine, so this product's USP is allowing for consistency of dosage and excellent value. Five tablets a day is far easier to mentally manage than worrying about scoops of powders in protein shakes so their convenience is unbeatable.

I’ve been buying this brand for 2 years. They used to come in a bigger container (360 or 240pcs, I can’t remember) which had small easy to swallow tablets and could fit in my pill box. Now they send a small container, 120 tablets. And much bigger pills. They only reason I kept buying this brand was because of the smaller tablets! See photo! They have totally changed the product. I’ll now have to find another brand that offer smaller sized tablets. I can’t swallow these! Sad that the old product has gone. ☹️

I like it because it’s the only creatine I’ve found that makes a difference I can feel it in my strength and energy levels, and I can see a difference too, I also like to support them as they are a small business and they care about their customers 😊 super quick delivery can’t fault them 😁
