Just what I needed 😌

This is great. I have slept into the the light mornings now for a week using this. The are a couple of niggles, hence the 4 stars. I also use a sleep snood for my hair, so the elastic of the mask sometimes gets over my ears which is uncomfortable during the night and wakes me. Also, the mask can become slightly dislodged during sleep movement and lets in the light, but this is a minor issue.

I don’t normally find time to review but I just wanted to say this is fab, I’ve tried several masks and always found them too bulky and uncomfortable to sleep in. This is PERFECT. I keep the band loose at the back of my head and the mask just drapes beautifully over my eyes. It’s sooooo soft. Really pleased. Never again going to dread the light mornings 🙏

I spent years hearing people say that eye masks improve your quality of sleep... I wouldn't say I particularly believed them, although I didn't disbelieve them either... I really wish I had listened to them before now... Since buying this eye mask I get 8 hours sleep a night... (obviously this depends on what time I go to bed)... It isn't just the length of time I sleep... Its the quality of sleep...I wear a sports watch that measures sleep time as well as hours of deep sleep... I'm not for a minute going to suggest that these watches are scientifically accurate... because they are not... However... I am able to look back at the readings before wearing the eye mask and after... and there is a substantial improvement in overall sleep duration as well as the duration of deep sleep... This is all the evidence I need to be convinced that the eye mask improves sleep...Its not rocket science that there are huge benefits to our health and wellbeing from sleeping well... This eye mask is comfortable and completely 'black-out'... My concerns that it would be uncomfortable and irritating were unfounded... I got used to it after the first night of wearing it... I hang it on my bed post and slip it on as soon as I feel like going to sleep... I'll even go one step further... I actually look forward to sleep nowadays... I never used to remember my dreams, but now I do... Its pretty cool... Highly recommended...Just as a footnote... I haven't got round to wearing the enclosed ear plugs yet... that seems like a step too far... but It wouldn't surprise me if they improved sleep even further...
