Everyone knows Lotrimin Ultra is the best, and that's why it's $20/tube; but this stuff works as well and is quite a bit cheaper. I know some people may have issues with one medication not working, but if you haven't tried this, then there's nothing to lose in getting 6 tubes for $7.00.I'm not a doctor, but if you're having trouble staying dry and/or clean, then try 91% isopropyl alcohol. The internet will tell you no because it may dry you out too much or irritate the skin more, but the whole reason you're having the issue to begin with is because you probably don't live in an arid climate and are having trouble staying dry. There's a reason that providers use it to sterilize your skin for small wounds, before injections, etc., because it performs in a "scorched earth" fashion. My guess is that the internet says no because it's only $4 for a 32oz bottle at walmart. (Iodine might do a better job, but I'd rather avoid staining stuff). Shower, dry off, generous alcohol to the area(it's going to burn if you've been scratching, but won't for long. Do your best to avoid the starfish or it's going to make you high-knee dance like you stepped on something underwater at the beach), and then cream after it dries.If it's your feet, then no socks.If it's where the sun-don't-shine, then loose basketball shorts with the pockets pulled inside out, and no undies(hopefully you can stay home for a few days to maintain this appearance). Alcohol baths a few hours later/in between the 2nd daily cream application, sleep in your birthday suit, and you'll be golden in no time. Sorry, no pictures for this review--you're welcome!

I've been using the spray version of this for years.It use to work really good (maybe spray for 2-3 days & no ich for weeks or months).ButRecently it's effectiveness has decreased (maybe spray 2-9 days & ich goes away for a few days to a few weeks...).I'm not sure if it's because I'm getting older, the ingredients changed, or my body built up an immunity to it.Any how this creme is like getting a reset (apply 2-3 days ich is gone for weeks to months).Nice!I was about to try this other spray that seemed to work better (I like the idea of spray vs. creme) but many reviews said It was like pepper spraying your nuts.I'm very happy not to have had to gone there & thanks for the warnings! In the end you got to do what you got to do.... For now this creme is working good enough for me.

Slightly thinner than name brand but it works.

At first, I was skeptical because of the viscosity. It's not as thick as the product I was using. So I immediately thought that it's a watered down version and I'll have to apply more.This wasn't/isn't the case. It works the same, if not better than the other brand. It spreads easier and covers a larger area. It actually takes less lotion and the tubes last longer. While still performing as it shouldI've been using this once a night for about 2 weeks. My skin is so much more smoother, less patchy, less itchy. It's starting to feel like it used to feel, before I had this skin issue.The lotion doesn't have a scent (I'm not great at smelling anymore. But I don't smell anything). The tubes are all inside their own individual boxes. So 6 individual boxes are wrapped together and sold as 1 unit.The price is great and it doesn't feel like I'm spending my lunch money on it. A tube lasts me like a week or maybe 8 or 9 days. I even run it on areas that have no blemishes.I like this product and I'm about to order my second 6 pack, even though I still have 3 tubes full and a half opened one. That's how much I like it
