This product is wonderful and it worked for me

Glitchy little bugger.
Its generally quite good, and quite small, the on screen menu allows you to change the picture size to suit the TV screen size.However it loses the picture from the hdmi input - i have a Chromecast plugged in, when i cast to the chromecast the picture changes from a photo gallery to the cast video - at this point the converter loses the picture. I have to unplug the Chromecast from the hdmi input and then plug it back in for it to display the video.Why?
