Best way to fit them pull your shelf out lay new ones on top measure then fix the screw. Strong fit well very goog quality would recommend.

Great product
These shelves are brilliant, didn't find the screws fiddly to put in at all as some people mentioned. Only thing I would say it could of done with a couple more rails across as it leaves a big empty gap between the solid middle part and extension parts.
