I hope and looking forward to Amazon bringing more of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment High Quality 4K Movies to your customers.I'd just received my purchased Movies from Amazon consist of both the Resident Evil Collection Limited Edition - 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray + Resident Evil: Damnation / Resident Evil: Degeneration / Resident Evil: Vendetta - Set [Blu-ray]. If only Sony Pictures Home Entertainment could have included all the 9 Movies into 1 Awesome Box Set will be awesome!I'd just reviewed All the Resident Evil: Damnation / Resident Evil: Degeneration / Resident Evil: Vendetta - Set [Blu-ray] using my Panasonic DP-UB9000 4K Blu Ray Player and viewed the upscale 1080p to 4K quality on my 4K TV was simply Gorgeous. Vibrant, Sharp, and Awesome Sound Encoding too! I truly enjoyed the Trilogy on the 1080p Blu-Ray Set however I need to buy it separately.Resident Evil Collection Limited Edition - 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray - HDR Picture Quality was stunning! Atmos Sound crisp and the dialogue was clear too.Thumbs Up to Amazon Team for taking good care of my delivered package with Prompt Delivery, Pristine Condition, and undamaged/no scratches items too.PS: I'd received All the Resident Evil: Damnation / Resident Evil: Degeneration / Resident Evil: Vendetta - Set [Blu-ray] incomplete order. No return to Amazon required as mentioned earlier due to duplication of titles and incomplete trilogy collection Blu-Ray.Hope to see more High 4K Quality Movies available via Amazon.

I'm really not an anime kinda girl, but I do love RE. I'd seen one of these on HBO max and enjoyed it, so I decided to give the other 2 a try. The first one, Degeneration, wasn't available anywhere to stream for free, and I wasn't going to spend $12 to own only that one.For $15, I got all 3 on blu-ray, with the included special features, which were fun to explore, especially as a longtime fan.The only thing I dislike, is two of the disks are piled on one side. The push part in the middle is really stiff. I'm early 30s, but I've had carpal teen since I was a teen, and I couldn't get the disc out. Literally had to ask my SO to get it out. I'm hoping the plastic breaks in with time, but this would've gotten 5 stars if they included a plastic insert in the middle to keep them all separate, or even just put one in an envelope or something.That said, they're Resident Evil. By the most recent, Vendetta, which came out in 2017, they got cheesier and cheesier. That is part of the charm Imo, but some fans might not enjoy it, because the fight scenes, while fun, were over the top and totally out there, especially toward the end.Vendetta was beautiful graphic wise, especially compared to Degeneration, which came out in 2008. Watching them in order you can definitely see the difference in graphics and animation. The first has almost botox expressions, where the characters lack detail to their face, and the detail they do have, doesn't match their actual emotions.I think the middle one, Damnation was probably my favorite. It had a pretty tight narrative story, for RE, with interesting side characters (JD was my fave). It didn't have animation drawbacks of the first movie, and wasn't quite as out there as the third.Definitely worth it for any fan of the series. Oh, and the Leon/Ada moment was... wow!

I like how Amazon offers all three movies in one set for the price of basically one. I couldn't find this set in-store for such a good deal, so I ordered it on here. Prime makes things super convenient. The only real issue I had is that there's 2 disc holders for 3 discs, so you have to stack 2 on top of each other. Overall, this franchise is pretty classic. While these movies have faults, they are still FAR better than the live action ones lol. I personally love Vendetta because of the "fan service" (Leon/Chris/Rebecca in one movie) and had tons of action (over the top at times, but still...) didn't think too deeply about it and really enjoyed it for the updated visuals/graphics.
