I am years into post menopause but still have night sweats. I cannot take hormones because of other health issues. I purchased these to help with the night sweats, however, I still had them while taken this supplement. After researching this product further I found that if you are on a blood thinner you should avoid taking this product because of the estrogen.

Ok, so early 2024 I started having hot flashes, like hot and uncomfortable, almost all day and throughout the night. Other women would tell me I’m too young for that, but I had to try something so I ordered this. My doctor put me on HRT as well and between the two I began to feel much better. However, when my last order was dropped off at the wrong house and I went a little over a week without realizing my package was not just talking a little longer to arrive, the hot flashes came back.
