Very sturdy and looks nice in the kitchen counter
Very pleased with this purchase. Bought it to organise mugs after a lifetime of wood tree disappointments -- all my previous mug trees were made of wood, holding only six mugs and the "branches" got loose.I purchased this using Prime's next day delivery and it arrived without any issues. There is no need to assemble. It came wrapped in plastic in a box and so it was a case of removing the packaging and putting it somewhere and populate it with the mugs!It holds four mugs at the top and six at the bottom, which is quite practical (as previously mentioned, all the trees I've had only held six mugs in total). The unit is very sturdy... no wobble anywhere. Having read other reviews, I too have put more than one mug in some of the hooks and this has worked well and not compromised the unit --this, obviously, depends on the size of the mugs and I have put smaller ones on top of large ones. I did this in both tiers and found no problem in terms of the tree losing balance or anything of the like.Aesthetically, the tree has a matte industrial feel, which (in my case) complements well with the items in my kitchen and home. It does not take up much space and has definitely solved my problem. I would recommend this unit and would definitely purchase again.

Absolutely LOVE this, well worth the money!
Absolutely LOVE this! It is perfect for my varying size mugs and is very stable. I'm not usually a fan of mug trees as they never do what they're supposed to do; I've accidentally smashed far too many mugs from unstable 'trees' so was quietly hopeful that this one would work. The item has padded feet so it won't scratch your work surface, is very sturdy and definitely won't topple over if only filled on one side. The top layer of hooks (4) are slightly further apart than the bottom row (6) and can even take large coffee mugs. The item is quite large so I'd measure before you buy, the circumference of the base is approximately 7.5 inches and you obviously need to make sure you leave room for your mugs and an arm to get them out of the back! It is also taller than a usual mug tree but fits fine underneath our top row of kitchen cupboards.Overall I'm very pleased with this. Yes, it does look like a dalek when it hasn't got anything on it, but it does the job FAR better than any of the alternatives on the market and looks good when filled. Definitely worth the price.

Not what I expected but won me over.
Don't think I read the details very welll. It's grey not black and in no way feels like anything antique! I was expecting something dead heavy with an aged look! It's very lightweight but perfectly stable. A tenth cup can comfortably rest on its side cradled on the top. You can also leave one lower hook empty and put it over the kitchen roll (if it's not a jumbo sized roll) and easily pull off sheets. Personally, the best thing about it is it's height. It's not as tall as I expected and does not extend above the windowsill and my small brain finds that very pleasing!Since writing this have realised it can easily hold 2 mugs on each hook, if necessary. So it can actually hold over 15 cups quite comfortably. I've not had any problem with stability but my mugs are the same size and shape- Emma Bridgewater half pint.

Nothing wrong with the product BUT
This product is great, well made and does the job. However it should have been delivered on 6/1/25. Your carrier states that they had difficulty entering property which is unbelievable as it is all open plan. Also there were instructions to leave it in the greenhouse if no one was at home. As I live in a small rural village I can see every vehicle that passes my house , both in person and on security camera. N0 van came near the house. The product was delivered the following day along with a car tidy. The car tidy states it was left in the greenhouse although it was given to me in person. As you can see from previous orders there has been no problem delivering parcels. The problem appears with your employee. Sorry to complain in this way but if you made the complaint process easier I would have used it. This has been a clitch in an excellent service that your usually provide.

Well built. Capacious. Nice retro look. Value for money
I was tempted to buy a much larger and expensive one I'd seen on Garden Trading but thought I'd research alternatives and thought this looked a better size for my small kitchen. It's not a retro colour like the GT one, but I thought I might paint it an Annie Sloan colour, which is easy and quick to use.Having said that, on arrival I found its a nice matt, very dark grey, so happy with the colour. It's very solidly built, and much better quality than it looks in the photo. It came with a branded card wrapper, and well boxed. It's heavy metal... enough so it doesn't tip over or wobble. Paint is really well applied, so no visible rivets or joins that might rust.It takes large mugs (I was worried it might be too small)... Very big ones would need to go on the bottom hooks, as on the top they'd lift' a little when removing the mug below. However, the hooks are nice and long, so there's no chance of them slipping off. Also true when you're lifting it to clean.Makes my assortment of collected mugs look a lot more 'together', and keeps them from cluttering up the sink area. You'll need a good 30x30cm plus of surface to comfortably accommodate it and the mugs. I keep mine on a deep windowsill.Tips for the manufacturer: offer in retro colours, and make one on a turning base so can reach the ones at the back easier. Possibly add a handle to make it easier to move.
