Great, affordable gift.
Bought this as a gift for someone but I had to keep it alive for a few weeks before. New leaves sprouted within a couple of days, as long as you follow the instructions you’ll have yourself a healthy plant. It was packaged really well too.

Quality at a perfect price
Extremely well packaged, exactly as described. I will be purchasing more from these great people. A unique way to secure a plant, that really works. The fig tree is on my kitchen windowsill at the moment and growing so quickly. Only a few days since I unpacked it and I already have a new leaf. There was a new shoot at the top which is already unfurled and triple the size. I would definitely recommend them. Great value for money.

Lovely little fig tree
My little tree was packaged really well and looked very happy and healthy. I've repotted it since it arrived and it's grown quite a bit already in the sunny weather. No figs on the tree this year but hey what do you expect for a diddy little plant. Maybe next year? I'm really pleased with my healthy little tree well done.

Go to your supermarket instead
I bought one of these in March 2018 - it seems so long ago. I planted it in some decent compost in front of a south-facing brick wall and let nature take its course. First the leaves dropped off. Then buds formed which became more leaves, which dropped off. Slowly over winter it became apparent that it wasn't dead, just resting. This year it perked up and now has a set of proper big leaves and buds, though it is still only about 6 inches tall. What may have spurred it on was the purchase of a ready-grown example about 12 inches tall in a proper pot, which I spotted hiding behind the flowers on a stand outside my local Waitrose supermarket. The price was only a couple of pounds more, This one has budded and unfurled lovely new green glossy leaves furiously since being planted next to the old one.Need I say more ?

Spectacular growth in six months!
It's been a few months since I purchased this as a gift for my mum. It's growing fantastically! She has planted it in her polytunnel. I was a little worried when I gave it to her because it didn't look like much. It started the size of a pencil but has grown so well in the space of six months. There are even new figs appearing for next year's harvest. The speedy growth can be a bit much for some gardens and allotments however, so to prevent the fig tree from overgrowing, she has replanted it in the ground inside an old washing machine drum that was due for scrapping. It stops the roots from spreading too far around the beds. In the meantime, it looks like we have some delicious fruits to look forward to!The tree was planted in a covered polytunnel, in Dublin, Ireland.
